What qualifications do you look for in candidates?

We seek candidates with relevant degrees in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related fields. For entry-level positions, we value curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Senior roles require applicable licensure (PE, LSRP, PG) and demonstrated project experience.

Do you offer PE license support?

Yes. We actively support employees pursuing Professional Engineer licensure including study materials, exam fees, mentorship, and flexible scheduling for exam preparation. Our senior engineers serve as references for licensing applications.

What does a typical day look like for field staff?

Field staff conduct site assessments, collect environmental samples (soil, groundwater, vapor), document site conditions, and coordinate with laboratory and drilling subcontractors. You'll work across diverse sites throughout the NY/NJ metro area.

Is remote work available?

We offer flexible work arrangements including hybrid schedules. Many tasks (report writing, data analysis, project coordination) can be completed remotely. Field work and client meetings require in-person presence. We work with staff to find arrangements that support productivity and work-life balance.
