These terms govern the Envicon Group Project Notifications text message program operated by Envicon Group.
Program purpose
Envicon Group uses SMS text messages to keep clients and project contacts informed about active environmental and engineering work. You are enrolled only after you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our sign-up page. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services from Envicon Group.
Message types
Messages you may receive include:
- Project scheduling and field crew arrival windows
- Site access coordination and safety notices
- Laboratory result availability
- Permit and regulatory status updates
- Invoicing and payment notices
- Replies to service inquiries you submitted to us
We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with project activity, up to approximately 10 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Envicon Group does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to every message sent and received.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to end all further texts from the program. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also email optout@envicongroup.com with the mobile number you wish to remove.

Carriers and delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Information collected at sign-up is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
