Jose Mora

Jose Mora is the Chief Financial Officer at Envicon Group, responsible for the firm's financial strategy, capital planning, and the project-level financial controls that keep complex environmental and engineering assignments on budget.

Jose owns contract and rate governance, billing integrity, and cost reporting across the firm's environmental, geotechnical, civil, and structural practices. He builds the financial framework behind Envicon's fixed-fee and time-and-materials work so clients receive pricing that is transparent up front and defensible at closeout.

He also manages the firm's insurance, bonding, and compliance posture for public-agency and institutional work, and partners with leadership on growth financing, resource planning, and the investments that expand Envicon's technical capacity across the New York and New Jersey markets.
