Mikhail Potros, P.E.

Mikhail Potros, P.E. is Senior Vice President and Principal-In-Charge at Envicon Group, where he leads the firm's geotechnical and structural engineering and inspection services. A Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey with 16 years of experience, he holds an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from NJIT and directs the technical decisions that connect subsurface conditions to foundation design, remediation strategy, and constructability.

He oversees deep foundation, underpinning, and support-of-excavation programs across New York and New Jersey — work that has included the Yonkers Capital Development and Domino Site excavation support packages and the Tremont Renaissance underpinning. On the structural side, Mikhail directs inspection, construction oversight, and QA/QC documentation for bridge and highway infrastructure, including the $85M Pulaski Skyway rehabilitation delivered under NJDOT standards.

As Principal-In-Charge, Mikhail is accountable for technical quality and schedule certainty on Envicon's most complex assignments, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and agency review across NJDEP, NYSDEC, NJDOT, and New York City agencies so geotechnical and structural findings hold up in the field and through regulatory scrutiny.
