Jason C. Pancoast, P.E. is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in environmental remediation, civil engineering, and project management. He assumed the CEO role in October 2019, bringing a vision to merge traditional engineering judgment with modern, technology-driven solutions. As Principal-In-Charge for the firm's civil and environmental engineering services, he retains technical responsibility for the work delivered under both disciplines.

Under his leadership, Envicon expanded from construction management into a full-service environmental and civil engineering consulting firm. Jason oversees all technical operations and strategic direction, ensuring every project meets the firm's standards for defensibility, clarity, and client value.

Jason's hands-on approach and deep regulatory expertise across NJDEP, NYSDEC, and NYC OER programs have driven the firm's growth into a trusted partner for developers, utilities, and government agencies across the tri-state area.
