Project Overview
The 1985 Jerome Avenue project provided critical environmental data needed to support a proposed residential and mixed-use redevelopment in the Bronx. The expedited Phase II investigation addressed NYC Office of Environmental Remediation E-Designation requirements and provided the foundation for remedial planning.
The Challenge
The proposed redevelopment was subject to NYC OER E-Designation requirements that needed to be satisfied before development could proceed. An expedited investigation schedule was required to maintain the project timeline while ensuring comprehensive characterization.
